Toddies at The Bulman
Sitting just 10 feet from the Atlantic Ocean, The Bulman Bar and Toddies Restaurant is located in the peaceful hamlet of Summercove, nestled at the bottom of the hill from Charles Fort which is steeped in history.
Pearse O'Sullivan leads the kitchen and serves a bar menu all day and an a la carte menu 6 evenings of the week. Pearse, who comes from a long line of restaurateurs, is passionate about his cooking. His specialities are fresh local lobster, freshly cracked crab claws or crab meat, and an oyster menu. Non fish eaters are also looked after with a 10 oz Munster steak with a choice of homemade peppercorn sauce or garlic butter, Toonsbridge buffalo mozzarella Caprese salad, to name but a few.
